What can my customers expect to find in the home?


We’ll stock every Manerva home with linens (sheets and towels) and supply a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent. To reduce contact, extra supplies are not delivered during the customer's stay. The customer can download the app or check their Trip Manager for a complete guide to the home’s features and amenities.

Is my property a good Investment?

We will determine if your property meets the 4 main benefits: Income, Equity Build-Up, Tax Savings and Appreciation. We will then devise a plan that can allow you to maximize these key benefits. 

How long will it take to rent my property?

Factors such as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage of the house, features of the house and around the neighborhood will determine how much your property will actually rent for. It's not a cookie cutter approach.  As a result, our team would need to see the house and do a market analysis to determine a quote for rent range. 

How do you find a good tenant?

 Once someone is interested in your property, they fill out one of our rental applications. If qualified we anticipate placing the client within 7 to 15 days.
